Love Acupuncture has joined forces with Hum studio to bring you this Bi-monthly event.
These events will now be held on every second Sunday!
The Acupuncture Clinic offers individualised treatments in a collective healing space. This Community Clinic ensures holistic health care can be affordable to everyone.
Groups of up to 8 will be treated in each collective healing session, receiving 20-30 minutes of acupuncture. You relax on a chair or Yoga mat, as your practtioner delivers your individual treatment based on your intake questionnaire. After your initial 20-30 minutes of acupuncture, you may choose to rest on your mat for longer, or get on with your day.
Acupuncture works best with regular and frequent treatments, and with community style acupuncture, this become accessible to all people. Our Community Acupuncture Clinic offers the chance for friends and family to be treated together, creating a strong and dynamic healing experience.
How it works
Before your session, you will be asked to fill in a quick questionnaire, including what you wish to focus on during your session. As this is a quiet event, minimal talking will take place, so if anything is important to mention, you can write it in your questionnaire. Upon arrival, you’ll choose either a Yoga mat or comfortable chair to receive your treatment. A quick pulse and tongue diagnosis will take place and then needles will be placed in usually in your hands, feet, head or abdomen, depending on what you wish to achieve. This style of needling works on clearing the channels and harmonising the body. Calm and restorative music will be played during the session allowing you to relax. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are also available as needed.
